Cüneyt Gençer

Mr. Cüneyt Gençer was born in 1969 in Karabük, Turkey and immigrated with his parents in 1973 to Hildesheim, Germany. After completion of his abitur in Osterode am Harz, he began studying law at the University of Bayreuth. While in Bayreuth, he completed additional training to certify as a commercial lawyer. He completed his articled clerkship in Nuremberg and, after passing his second Staatsexamen (bar exam), he established himself an independent lawyer, thus lying the foundation for gençer & coll. In 1999 and 2000, he completed the required training and testing to become a government certified and sworn translator and interpreter for Turkish, both in Nuremberg and Istanbul. Between July 2005 and December 2007, Mr. Gençer was the first counsel and trusted attorney of the Turkish General Consul in Nuremberg. He maintains contacts to the Turkish economy and with the Turkish Consul General. Next to his work as an attorney, with an emphasis on business law, company law, criminal law and international private law, he dedicates his time to managing the firm.

Mr Oğuzhan Açıcı was born in 1990 in Dörtyol, Turkey. After completing his abitur at Halil Ibrahim Evren High School in Dörtyol, he began studying translation at Mersin University in Turkey. During his studies, he spent the year of 2013 as an Erasmus Student at the University of Applied Sciences in Cologne, studying intercultural communication and translation.

Mr. Açıcı has been an interpreter and translator for gençer & coll. since 2014 and manages the branch office near the Turkish Consulate General in Nuremberg. He works primarily as a simultaneous interpreter and translator for legal matters.

Emrullah Bülbül

Emrullah Bülbül was born in Nuremberg in 1984. After his professional training, which he began in 2003 in our law firm and completed successfully due to above-average performance in 2006, he worked as a Paralegal under German Law and translator at various branches of our law firm until 2012. He decided on a new co-operation with our law firm after he had worked with several different professional companies. Since the beginning of 2017 he has been supporting us from Turkey in his capacity as a freelance employee in various areas of responsibility.

Ms. Valentina Kreimer was born in 1962 in the Ukraine and spent several years in Poland. She has been employed at gençer & coll. since 2005.

Originally trained in music education, Ms. Kreimer began her certification as a paralegal in September 2008, which she completed with honors. She has been a member of our office team since 2010, where she also assists in the German-Russian and German-Polish departments.
